What we believe.

God created every person as a leader and within each of us is the ability to live incredible lives. We believe that all of us were meant to be uncommon, distinct and shine for the glory of God. We choose to stand firm on God’s word which declares that as we seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, everything is added unto us (Matthew 6:33).

Our purpose is to help you to find your true identity, develop a righteous mindset and become masters of a purpose driven life. We are dedicated to being a church that empowers you through the love of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ to seek His kingdom first, live a lifestyle of righteousness and find your God-given purpose.

A passion for his presence

Pastor Raymond Eneas has dreamed of planting a church with a simple goal of loving people, developing leaders and transforming lives over the past 10 years. He recalls sharing the vision with his spiritual father, Dr. Myles Munroe who told him “the announcement of purpose doesn’t mean to pursue it immediately.” With that word of wisdom, Pastor Raymond and his wife, Brook decided to dedicate much of their time to touching the lives of many people. They not only served as committed youth pastors under the leadership of Dr. Pepe and Angela Ramnath, but traveled to numerous places including Amsterdam, London, Haiti, Trinidad, Guyana, the Bahamas, St. Martin, and across the United States sharing the message of the Kingdom.

In 2012, they felt the time had come. With the blessing of their spiritual parents, they along with their two little boys, took a huge leap of faith and moved to Orlando to begin their journey of launching Church of Compassion. On November 6, 2015, Pastor Ray was invited to speak at Bahamas Faith Ministries, International to honor Dr. Dave and Angela Burrows (their spiritual parents and trusted mentors) where he spoke on “Being Agents of Change” ironically before the very men and women that helped him cultivate his gifts. After he spoke, both Brook and Pastor Ray were ordained by Dr. Myles Munroe and his pastoral team. Sadly enough, one week later Dr. Myles Munroe was tragically killed in a plane crash alongside 8 other passengers.

God is at work at Church of Compassion. We invite you to see for yourself how exciting church can be when the focus is simple and people are free to go after God with passion! The reality is that every life counts…and we’re doing all we can to love, lead and transform lives.
